| Heidi joined Barbara Smith Homes in April of 2002 as a sales associate. She has over 15 years of experience in residential construction, including a long association with glass and window products. Heidi works closely with our clients by introducing them to the home building options available to them, handles lot selection, purchase contracts, and escrow tracking. She is also responsible for administrative duties relative to construction management for a custom home and she assists our clients by coordinating and scheduling of any warranty service requests. She’s always there for our clients and the rest of the team! | |

| Greg joined me in July of 1997, and was one of the first members of my team. He has an extensive background in framing, carpentry, cabinet fabrication and installation. Greg is responsible for supervising the field construction of our homes. Greg is best at finding and drawing ideas or solutions to any challenge that may arise in building a custom home. His experience and knowledge help make the home building process very enjoyable for our clients. Greg’s helpful spirit and willingness to delight our clients is evident from the first time you meet him. |

| Kathy Sherman – Estimator/Project Coordinator |

| Kathy joined BSH in March of 2001 as a project coordinator, and quickly assumed an estimating role. She has been in the construction industry for over 20 years, working in both the public and private sectors, and has worked in both residential and commercial construction. She is responsible for researching and specifying products for custom homes, the estimating and bidding process, and for setting, tracking and controlling the construction budget during the build, in tandem with the client. Her passion for architecture and interior design is rekindled with each new home start, and I am grateful to have her as teammate. She loves being involved in the unique and wonderful homes that we’re so fortunate to build. | |
